Cancellation Policy

1. Nature of Services

FixPay provides digital financial services including mobile recharges, DTH, utility bill payments, money transfers (DMT), AEPS withdrawals, and BBPS payments. All transactions are real-time and irreversible in nature.

2. Non-Cancellable Transactions

The following transactions cannot be cancelled once initiated:

• Mobile and DTH Recharges
• Electricity, Water, Gas, and other Utility Bill Payments
• Domestic Money Transfer (DMT)
• AEPS Cash Withdrawals
• UPI Transfers and Payout transactions
• Credit Card Bill Payments

3. Failed Transactions

If a transaction fails, the amount will be automatically reversed to your wallet within 24 to 72 working hours.
